Job Description:

As an Online Account Support Representative at AIDE Home Health Care in Davao City, PH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients utilizing our online platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general navigation of the platform- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on best practices for using our online services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new features or enhancements- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve our clients- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role- Strong communication skills and attention to detail- Motivated, hardworking individual with a passion for helping others- Innovative thinker with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment- Negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectations and resolve conflicts- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
