Job Description:

Homebase is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing online accounts, providing excellent customer support, and have a passion for helping customers succeed. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with online account holders, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of online accounts and provide ongoing support to account holders- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within each account- Analyze account performance metrics and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Provide regular reports and updates on account status to management

Requirements:- 8 years of experience in online account management or a related field- Independent and passionate about helping customers achieve their goals- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage time effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
