Job Description:
Ayala Corporation is seeking an experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of account support specialists to ensure excellent customer service and support for our online users.- Develop and implement strategies to increase user satisfaction and retention.- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online account experience.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management.- Conduct trainings and workshops for the team to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in online account management or customer support.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Passionate and energetic with a strong desire to drive results.- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
