Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:SM Investments Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to online account holders.

Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and accurate support to online account holders via email, chat, and phone.2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to their online accounts.3. Educate customers on how to navigate the online platform and maximize its features.4. Work closely with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.5. Monitor online account activity for potential fraud or security breaches.6. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online account features and drive user engagement.7. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer insights and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Resilient and reliable, able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.5. Adaptability and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
