On Call Waiter / Waitress

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to their tables
o Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
o Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
o Up sell additional products when appropriate
o Take accurate food and drinks orders
o Check dishes and kitchenware prior to serving with the customers
o Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
o Follow all relevant health department regulations
o Provide excellent customer service to guests
o Serve food and drink orders
o Maintain a tidy dining area
o Respond to customer’s request for extras according to company policies and ensure that any complaints are properly managed aimed at customer retention
o Make suggestions on what to order and provide information of available deals
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2nd year college level, preferably HRM, Management, Culinary Arts or other restaurant related courses
• Has excellent academic and extracurricular activities in school record
• Has positive demeanor
• Good English communication skills
