Job Description:
As part of the Corporate Administration Group, and reporting to the Head of Corporate Administration, the Policy Writer will be responsible for developing administration-related policies and procedures. These will help support and advance the mission and priorities of Trends Group Inc. and its subsidiaries.


The Policy Writer’s duties and responsibilities will include the following:


Writing, drafting, and editing new policies, procedures, memoranda, and other written materials. Developing policies and procedures as a result of new initiatives. Supporting and participating in projects that relate to changes in policy and procedures as well as training sessions on newly developed procedures. Conducting research and reviewing applicable laws, regulations, and standards to inform company policies. Revising existing policies and procedures to ensure that policies and procedures are up-to-date. Minimum Qualifications:
Any Business Admin or Industrial Engineering related courses The candidate should be in his/her 3rd or final year of university Possesses excellent writing skills, as well as strong verbal communication skills Has strong computer skills (e.g., formatting Word documents, creating Excel spreadsheets) Has experience in conducting research and consolidating information Preferably has knowledge of corporate administration (facilities management, general services, etc.) With allowance.
