Facilitates the overall site acquisition process.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Negotiates the pre-conditions of site packages and contract terms to the site applicant.
2. Presents the site costing and performance guarantee to the approving body.
3. Maintains an extensive account management to applicants throughout the acquisition process.
4. Performs turn-over to Station Turnover and Rollout Team (STAR) subsequent to the lease agreement signing.
5. Ensures the complete collection of rental payments and all other requirements from the applicant in compliance with the prescribed schedules.
6. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of leads reports, monitoring templates and overall leads assessment gathered through the different leads generating resources.
Preferred Qualifications of the Role:

Graduate of a bachelor's degree
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
Negotiation skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
Work will require frequent traveling nationwide
With 1-2 years land acquisition, business development or sales experience
Realistic Job Preview: Sourcing and dealing with property owners and LGU for the acquisition of sites and relevant documents
Willing to cover West Visayas
Must be a resident of Panay/Negros
Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
