About The Role The Growth Marketing Officer is a pivotal role in driving targeted advertising campaigns and optimizing their performance across various digital channels. This position involves coordinating ad development both internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Key responsibilities include developing and executing performance marketing strategies, coordinating ad placements, and collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives. The role also entails analyzing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of analytical prowess, creative flair, and strong communication skills to thrive in this dynamic and impactful role.
General Responsibilities Research and identify appropriate advertising platforms, including digital, print, and other relevant mediums. Negotiate and secure ad placements while ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and campaign goals. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels. Analyze and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness. Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to understand marketing objectives and target audience segments for ad placement. Work closely with creative teams, agencies, and freelancers to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences. Coordinate the production process from concept ideation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Create weekly and monthly reports across all activities and placements. Other tasks as assigned or delegated by the department head and/or supervisors. Qualifications 2+ years experience with advertising media placement agencies or any performance marketing role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, --Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. Strong analytical with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, working with both internal and external creative teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment . Knowledge in cryptocurrency or experience with fintech or digital products will be a plus.
