Has good interpersonal and communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists customers in their product inquiry.
Encodes all calls received through telephone and/or emails.
Prepares proposals and coordinates status with Sales Engineers and Principals.
Prepares Sales Order, Purchase Requisitions for customers and suppliers.
Prepares Monthly Sales Reports for Sales Engineers
Coordinates with Logistics department and customers for timely deliveries of products.
Ensures satisfactory delivery of good quality product and services to customers.
Answers and screens calls. Ensures all calls are properly attended and clearly relayed to concerned officers or staff.
Attends to Sales Engineers needs to contact clients or colleagues on different transactions of the company.
Coordinates with clients or colleagues regarding follow-ups, confirmations, requests, and like for the company’s advantage.
