Office/Site Engineer

*Duties and Responsibilities:*- Assist in Preventive Maintenance of Mets Place- Consolidate all approved plans and other pertinent documents and ensure all are updated to the latest files in Google Drive- Assist in reviewing and evaluating cost estimates submitted by the contractor- Assess the progress billing of the contractor based on their actual work accomplishment- Assist in punch listing works before turnover- Ensure completeness of turnover of documents including as-built plans and variation orders (additives and seductive)- Weekly site inspection of assigned properties- Assist Legwork in the processing of permits and other government-related documents- Assist in turnover of realty properties to tenants- Assist in checking reported structural defects on leased properties- Assist in attending to tenants' concerns
