Job Description:

Fetch Valet is seeking a talented and motivated Office Manager to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in office management or a related field. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and showcase resourcefulness in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and overseeing office supplies inventory- Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications, including answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow- Collaborate with team members to support projects and initiatives, demonstrating creativity and a cooperative attitude- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong written and verbal communication abilities- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Resourceful mindset and ability to problem-solve effectively- Creativity and cooperation skills to contribute to a positive working environment
