RIMAB'S SPECIALTY BUILDING PRODUCTS, INC. Is currently looking for:  OFFICE ENGINEERING STAFF(To be assigned in Cebu) Brief Description:  An Office Engineering Staff can understand plans and able to perform estimation. Can also understand every service rendered to the clients and materials used for every project site. Job Description: Estimation on area and necessary costing needed for certain project and days of completion for every closed project.AutocadCan do programs on excel (Costing Update).Providing necessary materials needed for each project site.Attend calls and messages of clients in every site and answering every concerns.Issuing Job Order for every Closed Contract.Forecasting of materials needed for certain period of time.Contacting all manpower for every announcements and change of project assignment.Updates for every project accomplishment.Can conduct reconciliation forproject site.Keeping an update for material stocks.Requesting materials for stocks.Requesting weekly allowance for all the out of town projects.Producing delivery receipt to be forwarded to the warehouse man.Giving the driver command onto where to go and what to pick up.Giving service vehicle slip to the driver and verifying on which location he failed to go.Filing and checking the Time Keepers weekly report and service vehicle slip if both have similar details.For every newly hired manpower one must be able to do briefing on all the pros and cons concerning the company and the project site rules and policies.Providing manpower PPE's and keeping track unto when was given such.Qualifications: Civil Engineering Graduate/ Licensed Civil EngineerStrong problem-solving skillsHonest and creative. Can work with minimum supervisionAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Advance computer skillsDetail-oriented
