Details of the offer

Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, package, etc.)- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices checks etc.- Take minutes of meetings and dictations- Assist in office management and organization procedures- Monitors stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events- Perform other office duties as assigned**Qualifications**- Must be computer literate **(Familiar in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint**:- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- With good commands of oral and written English.- Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision.- Full-Time Position available- Preferable near in Las Piñas**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Office Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
