Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain project central filing system• Update document logs and ensure records are kept securely• Register and file all relevant project documentation• Check for accuracy and edit files• Prepare and monitor documents and reports• Monitor and request office supplies for project• Prepare logistics requirements for team meetings• Assist in obtaining permits and ensuring legal compliance• Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
• Graduate of any 4 year course• 1-2 years of construction experience preferred• Knowledgeable in document controlling is an advantage• Strong organizational skills• Microsoft Office skills• Willingness to work on project sites
