- Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
- Assists Executive Assistants and secretaries by sorting mail, filing, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, and restocking supplies.
- Efficiently manages a variety of administrative duties in a company. Duties include preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and updating company records.
- They ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis by answering telephones, bookkeeping, maintaining paper, and electronic paperwork and greeting visitors in a friendly
manner.
- Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.
- Assists office manager and executives with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and
running smoothly.
- Able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
- With at least six (6) months experience is REQUIRED for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling clerical tasks in the office.
- Handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors
- Managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Helps organize office activities.
