Neuro Oncology Nurse Navigator / Clinical Coordinator

In this critical role, you will ensure an exceptional continuity of care. Take your career in Oncology to the next level. Help patients, their families, and their caregivers as they face their diagnosis and undergo treatment. Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and support services to get patients the resources they need.As a Clinical Coordinator / Nurse Navigator you will utilize your clinical expertise totroubleshoot issuesand ensure quality patient care.The expectation is to provide a foundation for helping patients throughout their continuum of care.

This is a full time position working Monday - Friday.

Preferred Criteria
Oncology experience

Required Criteria
BSN
Current NYS RN Licensure
At least 5 years of experience
Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience
