Our goal is to help foster a thriving creative and media industry in Southeast Asia & beyond.Since starting the business in 2014, we've quickly grown to more than 150 people in Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia, have worked on over 22,000 campaigns for more than 1,500 brands, grown our network to more than 10,000 creators and have given more than US$24 million back to them. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for people who, like us, are fascinated by the evolution of media, content marketing and brand communication.**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:- Contribute to the growth of the GetCraft creator network in the Philippines by finding creative talents in the areas of Strategic Services: strategists, creatives, researchers, tech experts, Content Producers: writers, designers, videographers and photographers, Media: Publishers, Celebrities & Influencers etc. and onboarding them to the GetCraft platform.- Ensure the quality of creators joining the network via a strict quality control process.- Determine network growth opportunities by contributing to the mapping of the Philippines communications industry.- Engage the creator community through training sessions, meetups, newsletters, etc.- Conduct training sessions and business reviews with creators to update them on industry best practices and product innovations.- Serve as the voice of creators in providing input to the Product Team.**YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU**:- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in creative, media or advertising- Have strong analytical skills and proficient in spreadsheets & CRM tools- Have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills- Are a creative thinker and a hustler- Are a strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment- Are proficient in written and spoken English- Passionate about GetCraft's mission to help fix marketing, media & work.**BENEFITS**- Competitive Salary- Organizational Transparency- Strong Employee Development Plans- Flexible Work Arrangement
