The Job
Provide first level of support raised on a daily basis such as resetting of password, reports bugs/defects, basic troubleshooting on issues and concerns around Oracle NetSuite ERP Software;
Ensure support tickets are acknowledged and handled within agreed timelines;
Good understanding of technology and industry standards in handling processes within NetSuite Financial Modules;
Tasks, Inquiries and any on-going Projects are varied and can be complex in nature, needing independent judgment is a must;
The Candidate
At least 2 years of experience working with Oracle® NetSuite software (especially finance and accounting features);
Previous experience in NetSuite Support and Help Desk ;
Demonstrated good to strong knowledge of Business Accounting functions for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger Modules.
