DEMPSEY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, INC.Monthly Salary PHP: NEGO OR STATE YOUR EXPECTED SALARYLocation:EASTWOOD, BAGUMBAYAN, QUEZON CITYIndustry: REAL ESTATE Job Description:•Main Responsible and Leader for the project/s assigned to him/her•Handles the coordination within the Design Project Team•Coordinates all the activities needed for the correct and completed delivery of the project•Must work closely with a team of other professionals such as Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, etc.•Responsible to produce work-related materials, reports, and presentations in support of the Design Team.•To assist in the preparation of detailed architectural design.•To Ensure all designs shall comply with the applicable requirements set by the company and local codes.•To assist the Team Leader in handling and managing team-related work and activities.Prepare detail/layout plans and the like for building permit application and construction drawing package.•Conceptualize designs for residential and commercial projects.•Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of spaces.•Plan and estimate budgets for projects.•Recommendation of materials.•Submit drawings for review and approval by Design Manager / upper management to ensure that the design meets building codes.•Draft drawings like floor plans and make sketches.•Follow up with the client / project management team to ensure design specifications have been met.•Prepare 3d drawings and presentations for meetings.•Conducts site ocular when needed.Send your resume with at least 2-3 background references to: ****** person: Chansie Montes – Dempsey ESA07Please always double check you're giving the correct contact details.
