Multimedia Specialists design and create multimedia content for websites, advertising displays and interactive multimedia collateral for a variety of audiences, platforms, and target markets. This position performs a variety of tasks with a high degree of creativity and latitude using technological skills to conceptualize, process, and produce graphic designs, audio, video, and digital animation. You must be a fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, substantive assignments, projects and tasks of moderate scope and complexity.Multimedia Specialists must not only be innovative and proficient to devise original ideas, but also be able to bring these ideas to life. The Multimedia Specialist must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-demand, deadline-driven setting, effectively cross-manage multiple projects simultaneously with a great deal of accuracy, high level of quality and keen attention to detail.- Design, create and produce presentations, multimedia content and special projects for marketing, communications, recruitment and special events for a variety of media platforms.- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss briefs, determine the project scope, requirements and project progress.- Provide initial conception (storyboarding, etc.), layout and concept designs for approvals.- Manage deliverables to reach targets within schedule.- Demonstrate strong conceptual and analytical skills, planning abilities, and sound judgment.- Collaboratively manage multimedia assets on social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.- Manage and organize a vast library of media using a digital asset management system.- Ensure media is accessible for all users, including those with disabilities.- Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas. Keeping up-to-date with technological and software developments- Perform other duties as assigned.**CANDIDATE PROFILE**- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of experience dealing with digital media and/or completion of a related educational degree equal to four years is required.- Knowledge about developing and implementing communication and marketing plans.- In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as 3D rendering, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Wordpress, and familiarity with social media platforms are preferred.- Possess graphic design, typography, video, and multimedia development skills.- Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and optimized content writing best practices.- Must be familiar with current digital best practices and be able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.- Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.- Working knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.- Creative, tech savvy and possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.- Possesses social perceptiveness and orientation to facilitate diverse, inclusive and culturally sensitive working and learning environments to serve global audiences.- A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shift
