Meeting with key personnel to determine the project scope and brainstorm ideas.Conducting research on media techniques and design solutions.Developing multimedia concepts in collaboration with creative directors, project heads & digital strategists.Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to project specifications, ranging but not limited to 2D and 3D graphics, websites, apps, interfaces, etc.Creating original creative materials for project pitches, external and internal company communication effort including social media.Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.Performing media edits based on client, and superior's feedback.Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Design, Architecture or related courses.Fresh graduates given they can provide an industry-standard portfolio.1-2 years of working experience in brand development, social media management, and digital marketing.In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Cinema4D, Blender, VRay, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch up.Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing contentGood communication and interpersonal skills.Can multi-task and work independently.Must possess integrity, and the intent towards creating projects with valuable impactMust be versatile in discipline when it comes to creativity, and possess an interest in innovation.Must be able to work with mínimal supervision, but still is able to provide high-quality outputMust possess a forward-driven attitude that guides the team towards a productive brainstormingMust be open discussions concerning suggestions and criticisms.Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.Basic knowledge of web publishing software is a plus.
