Msp Systems Engineer

We are hiring a very experienced IT Systems Engineer, WITH MSP experience, who has many years of experience supporting Windows Servers, computers and networks.
The majority of the role will be escalated issues relating to Servers and Networks, but also includes some escalated desktop support issues.
The role includes both support/maintenance ticket work, and also involvement in projects such as server migrations and network device upgrades. About the Job
Configuring Windows devices from initial setup through to customer deployment.
Extensive experience with M365 administration is required.
Attend to RMM monitoring alert tickets for workstations, servers and network equipment
Troubleshoot internet, WIFI & ethernet network issues affecting desktop users.
Troubleshoot email issues with Outlook and Exchange online, DNS, DKIM, DMARC and SPF
Day to day management of 365 suite, including but not limited to: EntraID, Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, SharePoint and Teams.
Day to day management of Hyper-V and supported windows server operating systems. Your Qualification
Significant MS Server experience, including hardware level / hypervisor, and Virtual Server layer.
Significant experience working with HyperV Virtual Servers.
AD experience, Group Policy Experience on MS Servers.
Some M365 experience needed (at least basic administration).
