Customer Service StaffWe have separate teams for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, and we also have an operations team. We hope this individual would be on the operations team and support both personal and commercial lines as outlined below:- Answering phone calls into the office, forwarding them to the right Account Manager, or troubleshooting a simple question (billing, carrier question) - all coverage questions will be directed to the Account Manager.- Assisting Commercial Team with Certificates- Taking payments for insureds- Creating new client profiles in AMS- Handling our cancellation/past due billing (this will include logging into our carrier sites, pulling a list of policies in cancellation, then uploading that to an excel document, then reaching out to the insureds to notify them of payment due, and then processing payments)- After Hours/Weekend Responsibilities- Providing ID Cars for current clients purchasing/leasing new vehicles- Providing Certificates of Insurance for Current Commercial Clients (within a standardized format which we will discuss)- Taking payments for insureds- Taking down new business informationThe above is a general feel for the types of responsibilities/tasks we are looking to fill.
