Mortgage Support Specialist

Preparation of Mortgage Loan Documents, including the Closing Disclosure
Proper documentation and reporting to immediate manager
General administrative tasks as assigned
Expert knowledge of and experience with residential mortgage lending policies,
procedures and practices
Advanced knowledge of lending systems, government lending programs,
guidelines, and other lending related laws, regulations and requirements
Excellent analysis, decision making and problem resolution skills
Proficiency in PC and MS Office skills
Experienced and proficient using Calyx, Encompass and ALLREGS
Experience with mortgage origination platforms
Experience and knowledge of CFPB and regulatory mortgage origination
requirements
Ability to handle heavy workload, deadlines and accomplish multiple tasks
while adhering to strict deadlines
Must possess 3+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry and be a proven
Team Player, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
