Monitoring And Evaluation Supervisor

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Conduct the monitoring and evaluation activities of all projects in the community- Document all community engagement activities- Maintain the Registry of Project Affected Persons (PAP) and conduct regular monitoring of said group- Provide analysis and recommendations on the Livelihood Restoration Plan and Social Development Plan- Provide all other required reports and recommendations on all community project outcomes- Ensure that the evaluation and documentation of the project are in line with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards- Performs such other duties and tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by his superior and/or the Management**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:- Has extensive experience and training on project management, participatory research; and monitoring and evaluation methods and, project proposal development.- Previous work experience in a similar project or in a non-government organization/s is an advantage.- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.- Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong with regular field work at the project site.**Work Schedule**:Monday - Friday**Work Setup**:Onsite**Project-based
