The Mobility Manager will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and enhancing the HR Operations for the company's International and Domestic Mobility Program. This involves planning, implementing, and executing the day-to-day mobility activities, including providing hands-on support of all issues related to domestic and international relocation, immigration, and assignments.
Demonstrate expertise and provide outstanding support to employees and internals stakeholder in response to inquiries about internal mobility processes, policies, and issues. Manage the end-to-end processes associated with Global mobility program including international and domestic assignments, immigration, and relocation across countries This will include direct hands-on support working directly with mobile employees, various internal/external stakeholders and support groups. Perform various leadership , administrative and functional tasks such as creating and maintaining assignment letters, relocation offers, immigration application and their associated files. Ensuring that team members (internal and external) are on schedule and providing updates as needed in relation to their status. Stay up to date on Mobility (Relocation, Immigration, Expatriate) trends. Working with our Immigration Partner to provide direct support to our employee's requiring visas and manage visa policies and external service provider relationships. Address complex cases in need of escalation. Independently develops ways to improve Mobility processes, workflow, and collaboration between departments. Requirements:
At least 5 to 7years of Global Mobility experience Graduate of any 4-year course Ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations, exercising judgement and critical thinking skills. Self-motivated, proactive, team player, resourceful individual must enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and conducting detailed administrative work with accurate results. Excellent execution delivery and problem-solving skills. Detail Oriented and proactive problem solver. Works with a sense of urgency.
