- College Graduate/UG of 2 years (completed 4 sems) of any field- Knowledgeable in analytics and has advance knowledge & usage of MS Excel- Must have experience of using Genesys, PowerBI/VBA/Programming and Macros (working with large data sets)- Availability: ASAP joiner is advantage- Work Set up: On-site- Amenable to work in graveyard shift, shifting schedules including holidays and weekends
