Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations Junior Lead Consultant

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the functional modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) applicationsReview and map MS Dynamics business processes, communicate effectively with technical team to speak on system/environment architecture, development, integrations, and overall client requirementsDeliver the day-to-day activities of MS Dynamics D365 consulting engagements for various clients including process design, functional configuration, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviewsIdentify areas where customizations or extensions may be required (including changes to standard reports if needed)Facilitate functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutionsProvide client support at the appropriate time of the overall implementation cycleQualifications:Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related coursesHas at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&OExpertise of the F&O capabilities and all governance componentsExperience working with SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath, or any other solution type conversion to Power Platform solutionsFamiliarity with MS Azure logic apps and Azure functionsAbility to work with functional teams with both onshore and offshore resourcesAbility to demonstrate a clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilitiesHas Microsoft Dynamics F&O CertificationsAbility and a good level of knowledge with project tools such as Azure DevOps (TFS, VSTS), MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and VisioWith experience in solution delivery with tools other than F&O Platform such as PowerAutomate Office 365, D365, etcIdeally be certified at an Associate level on D365 Finance (having passed the MB-300 Dynamics Core and MB-310 Dynamics Finance exams)Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
