- Full-time Position / Dayshift- Permanent Remote / Freelance/ Independent Contractor- Australian-based client- Salary Range: Php 45,000 - Php 70,000Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.About the jobThe responsibilities of Meta Ad Specialist are:- Design and oversee Meta platform ad campaigns, optimizing performance for KPIs and ROI.- Conduct A/B testing and trials for continuous campaign improvement.- Develop innovative advertising strategies aligned with client goals and market trends.- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable optimization recommendations.- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across multiple campaigns.- Stay updated on Meta advertising developments and leverage new tools/features.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive campaign creation.- Expertise in setting up and managing Meta Pixel and Conversion API for robust tracking.Troubleshoot and optimize pixel and API setups for accurate data capture and reporting.Utilize data for look-alike audiences, retargeting, and detailed audience segmentation.Implement strategies for improved performance by targeting specific user groups with customized messaging and offers.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Meta Ad Specialist- Proven track record in managing Meta ad campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.- Copy of portfolio of previous campaigns are highly desirable.- Deep understanding of Metas advertising platforms, tools, and analytics.- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.- Access to a conducive workspace and necessary equipment for remote work.- Certifications in Meta advertising or digital marketing is highly desired.- Experience with other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.).- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.ON OFFER/ Benefits- Permanent Work from Home- Paid AUS Public Holiday- Paid Time OffIf this is YOU, send your updated resume and copy of your portfolio.
