Messenger/Utility - Manila Branch

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**- In charge of deliveries of various documents within Manila area (policies, RI, binders & checks) for banks, clients and reinsurance.- Collect and issue provisionary receipt on Manila and Head Office accounts.- Pickup various checks (PFIC checks & RI checks)- Send documents for notarization to assigned new lawyer (PFIC & sister companies).**OTHER TASKS**- General cleaning of Manila Office.- Submit documents, reports and pickup for tomorrow's deliveries to Head Office.- Repair minor electrical problems such as replacing fluorescent bulb.- Assist in filing policies/documents.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 08/15/2023
