Merchant Acquirer (Sales)

CORE FUNCTION- Responsible for establishing and managing the merchant acquisition business in an assigned area- Will develop and monitor business contribution of handled merchantsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Acquiring various offline/online merchants include reaching out to them, understanding their needs and finding a place for them in our industry where we can have a win-win solution among merchants, customers and the company.- Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach and turn them into long term partnership.- Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.- Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.JOB QUALIFICATION- With chance to travel around Davao, City- At least 1 year experience in merchant acquisition, sales or related field is a plus- Familiar with e-commerce, fintech and digital industry- Able to develop strong relationship with the merchant partners- Highly motivated and target-driven individual- Good communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills- Positive attitude, attention to detail and customer oriented- Proficient in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flextime- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
