Merchandising Management Trainee

Major Function:
The Merchandising Management Trainee will serve as the HQ point person for the entire life cycle of a product/holiday launching – from conceptualization, production, allocation, distribution, displaying and auditing of materials.

Job Description:
• Maintains the Timeline of a product/holiday launching – Conceptualization, Production, Allocation, Distribution, Displaying, and Auditing.
• Managing and executing the entire product launching life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. • Performs quality assurance control on product materials.
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
• Maintain strong working relations with various internal teams, such as, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, Procurement and regional teams.
• Liaise with vendors and distributors for forecasts and reviews.
• Develop network and systems documentation/proposals as needed.
• Develops products/solutions as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must be a college graduate from any management-related course and with an interest in consumer electronics and branding.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams • Independent and able to multitask, work within timelines • Highly meticulous and detail oriented
• Able to work beyond expected office hours if necessary
• Mature, results-driven and customer-oriented
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
