Mep Assistant Manager

Job Qualifications: A licensed mechanical, electrical, or sanitary engineer. At least ten years of construction-related experience. 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in hotel, casino, or mixed-use land development projects. Must have executed two projects from conception to completion. Managed five subcontractors and at least ten mep supervisor/engineers who reported to him. Technically proficient in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or ELV work, including design, installation, testing and commissioning, and handover. Job Responsibilities :
Keep an eye on and inspect all technical activities, including site management, to make sure that all MEP system testing and installation performance are met. Keep thorough and precise records of all MEP installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning activities. Overseeing daily plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. Assist MEP managers in supervising subcontractor work and meeting clients.
