Description:
RemoteVA is seeking a skilled individual with a background in medical supplies and some experience in accounts payable. The primary requirement for this role is expertise in medical supplies procurement. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new software over time.
Responsibilities:
-Procure medical supplies based on organizational needs
-Utilize prior experience in medical supplies to efficiently manage procurement processes
-Perform accounts payable tasks using QuickBooks DESKTOP
-Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
-Maintain accurate records of procurement and accounts payable activities
-Adapt to new software tools including QuickBooks, Google Sheets (Excel), and Cin7
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in medical supplies procurement is essential
-Familiarity with accounts payable processes
-Proficiency in QuickBooks DESKTOP is required
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Ability to adapt and learn new software efficiently
Working Schedule
-Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
-Work from home
