The successful professional Medical Representative will be working in one of the country's leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.


Job Responsibilities


Promote and detail our pharmaceutical products, and healthcare services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, and pharmacists.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
Build and nurture professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders within your assigned territory.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product solutions.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor information and industry trends, to assist in strategic decision-making.
Ensure strict adherence to legal and ethical standards in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, including compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service and support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales activities for performance evaluation and planning.
Efficiently manage your schedule to maximize productivity and cover your designated territory.
Communicate technical and scientific information effectively to healthcare professionals, answer questions, and address concerns.
Gather and convey feedback from healthcare professionals to our company for product improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and therapeutic developments through continuous education and training.Qualifications
4-year course graduate
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related regulations.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of dedication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Work Setup
Willing to do field work in Cebu City or around Metro Cebu
