Medical Biller

SALARY up to 25k per Month

Salary: Up to Php25,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
· Knowledgeable of home health practices, procedures, and professional standards of care as set by federal and state regulations
· Reviews patient bills for accuracy and completeness
· Checks on each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount
· Determine and process insurance rejections
· Coordinate with the insurance company regarding overrides, rejections, and insurance updates
· Follow up and resolve pending billing issues
· Must be detail-oriented and have the aptitude to learn quickly
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Identifies and bill secondary or tertiary insurances
· Updates knowledge on insurance guidelines
Qualifications:
· Must be a BS Nursing graduate from any reputed universities and colleges.
· Preferably licensed, board passer, and/or registered nurse.
· Absolutely tech-savvy and proficient as the job requires you to use various proprietary software and platforms.
· With knowledge and understanding of HIPAA Law.
· Willing to work on night shift.
· Required language(s): English/Tagalog
· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in any related field is preferred for this position.
· 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent with knowledge in medical terminology and anatomy an advantage.
· Possess good Critical Thinking and Analysis
