Mechanical Maintenance(Batangas)

**OVERVIEW**:This position requires to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, preventive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop & carry out a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule for utility equipment's & for molding, Stamping, Tool room & Assembly machines- Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Diploma / BE- 5+ years' experience and practitioner in the field of E. Electronics Manufacturing Environment.- Special skills and Knowledge in Hydraulic/Pneumatic/PLC controls- Specialization in Moulding machines/Stamping machines/Assembly line SPM machines / Compressors/ DG sets.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- 8 hour shift- OvertimeSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Tanauan, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
