Master Data Support Officer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• BS Computer Science, BS Software Engineering, BS Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any related computer formal university courses
• 3 to 5 Years experience as Data Architect
• +5 Years solid experience on back-end database programming (preferred SQL base)
• +3 Years’ experience on Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• +2 Years’ experience on Solution Architect (prototyping/user-stories)
• Solid experience with RDBMS (MSSQL, Oracle and others) and SQL/No-SQL based technologies
• Experience on Data Migration and Data Migration Tools, Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Security and Database Management
• Understanding on object oriented programming and system integration
• Understanding and knowledgeable in Master Data Governance
• Understanding and knowledgeable in Data Visualization and Tools in Business Intelligence
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and
issues resolution or escalation.
• Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with the vendor and other Service
Support team members.
• Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring other junior team members.
• Will be the center of excellence or subject matter expert of the master data application assigned.
• In depth functional knowledge of the master data application supported and interdependencies.
