Marketing Specialist- Brand Support & Events

Job Summary:The Marketing Specialist - Branding Support and Events aptly assists the Sr. Mar. Comm Supervisor in the planning and implementation of branding initiatives and works with cross-functional teams for effective execution of company events.Duties and Responsibilities:Brand Stewardship and Implementation- Participates in departmental brand reviews, documents improvement areas, and follows-through on possible resolutions.- Keeps track of the status of branding-related projects- Assists in the preparation of creative briefs, selection and documentation of agencies and other service providers- Assists and organizes the brand image portfolio for people, management, and executivesEvents Coordination- Identifies and coordinates with vendors and agencies from ideation to execution of ad campaigns, trade shows, and exhibits- Collaborates with other departments and assists Marketing Supervisor / Manager in organizing company events and trainings- Coordinates regarding sponsorships and/or media requests and serves as liaison- Sorts and organizes submission requirements for corporate awards and accoladesMarketing Administration- Assists Supervisor / Manager in expense tracking- Coordinates with other departments to gather information, announcements, and updates for posting in appropriate external/internal platformsOther tasks that may be assigned from time to timeJob Specifications:- College graduate of any 4-year course in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration/Management, or other related fields.- At least 2 years progressive corporate events and/or marketing experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and networking skills- Strong attention to detail and quality of work- Highly creative and collaborative**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Employee discount- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Antipolo, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
