Marketing Specialist

Main Objective of the Job:
To develop projects that meet marketing goals, create media campaigns, and promote services and events.

Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
Designing and implementing marketing campaigns
To develop marketing collaterals (from content creation to supplier selection and production). Creating and preparing marketing collaterals and content (Digital banners/posters, copy for media/public releases and promotions).
Copy writing for selected communication materials
Manage and monitor the marketing inventory
Able to create / propose ideas for marketing campaigns / promotions
Establish a professional and effective relationship with vendors/suppliers
Prepare budget, costing and report after each event handled
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and projects
Assist in the preparation of proposal, contracts and other documents for the transaction
Facilitating digital marketing initiatives
Develop and maintain understanding of search engine marketing and paid social marketing
Use SEM and Social platforms to pull client reports
Manage online assets and platforms such as company's website and social media platforms
Create and manage all communication material for the company
Keyword and competitor research
Facilitate the processing of necessary marketing documents
Provide marketing support to company's Corporate Sales Team
Facilitate during marketing events and other duties assigned
