Headquartered in San Diego, California, with additional offices in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, the company employs over 8,000 people worldwide.Meet the team:We're in search of someone with a minimum of at least 2-3 years marketing experience or equivalent with medical device experience or healthcare professional marketing preferred. The candidate must be a highly motivated individual that can make change happen and relies upon using empathy and connection to solve problems. The individual should be flexible to support the meeting schedules as early as 6-7am (due to US time zone), but with ample flexibility on working hours and remote location. The candidate will focus on the support of delivering and creation of Dexcom materials across consumer, healthcare professionals (HCP), including the translation process where appropriate. In addition, this role covers the ownership of the Cloud PLM process, Asana submission, Demo kit, Dexcom merchandise/premium item order and tracking, and events within direct and distributor markets. The candidate will support the APAC Marketing Manager in building brand awareness, creating brand led campaigns and events, working with media agencies, and HCP activities.Where you come in:Support the Dexcom brand across 7 markets with marcoms materialsAssist with creative requests and approvals of APAC Marketing MaterialsProvides logistical and administrative support during the launch of new product(s) across HCP and Patient such as: Event Planning and attendance, arranging the distribution of marketing materials, scheduling internal and external meeting and taking minutes.Work alongside Direct and Distributor Dexcom markets, developing the Dexcom Brand that adheres to overall Masterbrand approach to ensure creative and messaging is delivered for Consumers and HCP.Support running of Dexcom's agency network and providing requirements.Communicates with international colleagues on APAC product and brand news via newsletterOwn the MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) review process to ensure compliant, effective and legally approved messaging and placement while maximizing budgeted spend.Assist in the Dexcom APAC Marketing Matter Management process, MSA/PA and contracts, and vendor managementCoordinates with Finance and monitors if agencies/vendors are paid in a timely mannerAssist in Dexcom APAC's weekly and monthly meetings with Business Partners, to help ensure a consistent voice and become one of the Brand ambassadorsOwn demo kit requests, production and delivery as well as sampling program allocation.Support key APAC events and conferences, including World Diabetes Day and others.What makes you successful:To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard.
