Job Description:
Prepare property marketing plan and branding strategies Lead the Local Store Management, Event and Strategic Partnership Staff to ensure that overall target of the property is achieved Achieve yearly target income through retail partners' activities and promotions Spearhead special events, projects, activations that would support the Retail Partners of the property assigned Monitoring of competitors / Competitors Check Reviews Trade Area and Community Partnership Manage and create yearly promotions and activities that are suitable with the property assigned Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year Business Course With at least 2 years experience in Mall Marketing including Events, Brand Management and Strategic Partnership Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Willing to be assigned at Newport City, Mckinley Hill, Iloilo Business Park, or Alabang West
