Join a team of highly driven professionals who are responsible for actively marketing and attending to the early disposal of the Bank's Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) at the best possible price, and aiding the Bank in moving its non-performing assets and contribute to its income generation.
Job Requirements:
With at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing on real estate
Preferably a licensed real estate broker
With basic sales and negotiations experience
Has strong customer relations and knowledgeable with sales contracts (Deed of Sale, Contracts to Sell)
Familiar with property laws and taxation
