KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the local business community.• Own key campaigns in the country, collaborating with other Marketing + Communications teams to ensure alignment with business priorities, deciding what needs to be localized and how.• Coordinate the roll-out of cross-industry/service campaigns in the country, in collaboration with functional groups.• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between Marketing + Communications activities and business priorities.• Develop and lead the CEO positioning plan in the MU.• Position key leaders as experts in the market.• Manage the local Trade Associations program.• Enhance positioning and nurture client relationships through client forums, key third-party events, and association events.• Consolidate our position as a responsible business.• Identify global content to generate the highest local impact.• Manage submissions for the most prestigious local awards and rankings.Must have:• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or any related course• A minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams through the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing campaign management, directing content and message development, managing client relationships, and implementing effective communication initiatives.• Total of 8 years at min industry experienceGood to have:• Masters Degree, Business Management; Digital Marketing• Content Management; Media Relations; Project Management• Writing & Creative Skills• Media Agencies, IT and BPO (Potential companies that we can source candidates)
