Marketing Manager

Job Description:
Assist in achieving Target Income Assist in getting sponsors for events (target amount=projected expense per event) Assist in booking events in assigned properties and areas: Target of have at least 2 activities/events per day Assist in preparing and conducting sponsorship/event presentations to prospective clients Assist in Preparing Completion Report for sponsors and activities Assist in Coordinating with other marketing team, leasing and operations to ensure smooth flow of events and activities Manage inquiries and clients for all events Supervise set-ups Ensure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rule and guidelines Ensure that the “No payment , No ingress policy is implemented” Ensure that penalties are imposed and collected to guidelines violators Process Payment endorsements (2 days after the event before the event at the latest) Monitor all event performance and prepares post evaluation reports for every event Prepare contracts and other documents and job orders related to events Create and build suppliers database Create bids for required suppliers and services Prepare all necessary documents to close to ensure suppliers are properly paid on time Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferrably in Mall Industry Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Willing to be assigned at any Megaworld Lifestyle Malls
