Job Description:
Total brand ownership, which includes, but is not limited to, promotions, events, shoots, visual merchandising and customer service; Turn RAM Jewelry's vision, mission, and principles into a brand that consumers understand and form an emotional attachment with; Responsible for driving brand awareness, consideration, preference, and loyalty through a whole host of brand marketing initiatives; Responsible for creating integrated marketing plans and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media; Creating the yearly marketing calendar; Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items; Managing digital and offline brand marketing campaigns; Performing regular market research studies to gather important brand data; Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumer insights; Competitor and customer insights analysis; Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions; Creating and managing promotional collaterals to establish and maintain product branding; Maintaining the brand voice, ensuring consistency across all collaterals and touch points; Doing copywriting work for the brand, such as photo captions or emails blasts; Assisting in multimedia content development and photo shoots; Managing and briefing in-house creative teams to deliver the most insightful and creative work possible; Planning and organizing marketing events for the company like new collection launches or store opening events; Assisting in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays; Assisting with product buying, product naming, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities; Maintaining contact with suppliers to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved; Meeting with suppliers or marketing departments of malls; Creating monthly reports on online sales, customer insights, and social media analytics; Providing suggestions and plans to improve processes and systems; Training new marketing team members and briefing them on the brand identity/guidelines; Other duties as assigned. Team Structure: The Brand Manager will lead the Multimedia Specialist of her/his assigned brand and manage and work closely with the E-commerce specialist.
Minimum Qualifications:
For the Position of Brand Manager of RAM Jewelry (Marketing Manager Level)


Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Graphic Design or other related courses At least 2 years of experience in managing a brand, leading a marketing team or a related field Experience working with retail or luxury brands is a plus Passion for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands Must have experience in planning and organizing marketing events Must have a good understanding of their audience and customers Must have strong creative, analytical and organization skills Must also have a good handle on consumer and market insights, including the ability to analyze market data, and he or she may be tasked with conducting consumer research. Experience in developing brand, campaign and content strategy Good understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications Updated in new marketing strategies Excellent storytelling capabilities to bring ideas to life Top-notch spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills Experience with photo shoots Deep knowledge of technological, media and cultural trends Meticulous attention to detail Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects Experience in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment Ability to work independently and in a team as well as lead the team Must be able to finish all tasks before deadlines Willing to do field work for photoshoots and marketing events or meetings
