Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager role is one who's responsible for the strategic planning and over all corporate and brand initiatives of the company. This role will also be in charge on the conceptualization, creation, development, implementation and monitoring of all marketing programs, campaigns, activities and initiatives. He/She will able to handle a team of 3 and will be directly reporting to the Assistant General Manager/General Manager.Job Description
Conducts market analysis and research through newspapers, internet, sponsorship, marketing collateral, or feedback from front-liners and summarize it to a management report to be submitted weekly.
Ensures that the company, brand, promotions and initiatives are communicated well.
Handles all media and public relations communications channel. Manages content on media platforms such as but not limited to print and website articles.
Coordinates with partners and suppliers such as (but not limited to) advertising agencies and printers for requirements.
Ensures proper display of merchandise and collateral (ex. banners, posters) with retail partners.
Would always be on the look-out for business opportunities, introduce the Company, products and its services to clients.

Job QualificationsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Strong command of English language
At least 3 years background in Digital Marketing, Business Reviews, Brand Marketing for B2B and B2C,.
Required Skills: Project Management, Brand Management, Business Writing, Strategic Influencing.
Analytical and Data- Driven, Creative Thinker, Keen Observant, Self-Starter, Aggressive, Consumer Driven and Externally Oriented.
Willing to travel to different business locations
