KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:? Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers and competitors – the businessenvironment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels, and targetaudience through the analysis of available data and information.? Support the formation of a strong brand strategy, including identification of gaps andgrowth opportunities within the market, clear brand differentiation, and well-craftedportfolio and mix, giving the brand both short- and long-term wins.? Craft robust communication strategy for brand campaigns with convincing and appealingassets, delivering single minded messaging to consumers in the most effective channels forthe target audience.? Strategic project management, building project timelines and defining key milestones andresponsibilities for effective progress and On Time in Full (OTIF) launches of marketingcommunications & executions.? Translate marketing strategy and plans for commercial teams and close coordination withsales team to ensure executions aligned to strategy.? Identify issues and opportunities in the consumer journey across different touchpoints andoptimize for higher conversion & translation to sales.? Close coordination with the commercial teams on marketing executions.? Develop digital marketing strategy that optimizes online consumer journey and links offlineto online with a seamless omni channel approach.? Develop, monitor, and refine objectives for digital marketing, touchpoints, and platforms.? Monitor ad performance on dashboard based on objectives set.? Maximize digital channels to drive awareness & conversion.KEY REQUIREMENTS:- Leadership skills- Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking- Agility- Consumer-focused mindset- Graduate of any Business related or IT related course- with at least 10 years' experience in marketing and 5 years as Manager- with experience in IT related industry specifically retail, e-commerce, and IT outsourcing
