Marketing Intern

As a growing organization, we're looking for four (4) Marketing Interns who can render 250 to 300 hours of internship in our Ortigas, Pasig office. Allowance is given, among other perks.
You will:
Help with the planning, coordination and execution of events
Manage event goals and timeline
Enter new leads and maintaining database of clients sourced through events
Keep inventory of marketing collaterals & merchandise and ensure all are properly kept and accounted for
Handle local shipments for special client giveaways and other promotions
Help with live info sessions for clients and weekly social media engagements
Keeps record of monthly events and ensures that each team is outfitted with proper kits (roll up banners, flyers, giveaways etc.)
Provide administrative assistance to leads and management team members, as necessary

You have:

Organized & able to switch between tasks
Confident & fluent communication skills
Can work independently & patiently power through obstacles
Has a sense of humor (we like fun interns)
Required to complete at least 250 OJT hours (this is non-negotiable!)
Can work in Ortigas, Pasig
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration / Management / Marketing undergraduate program
