Job Summary:As a Marketing Coordinator, you will act as the Online Review Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include guiding and fostering a productive learning environment for IPASS NCLEX Online Review and Mentoring Academy students. You will manage student inquiries via Facebook Messenger, email, and phone calls, handle the social media groups and pages of online review team, provide guidance and updates in the learning management system, facilitate Zoom meetings, assist educators, and contribute to content creation under the guidance of the Online Review Supervisor.Duties and Responsibilities:Your role involves preparing for live classes by curating engaging content for students. During the classes, you will be responsible for recording the sessions and ensuring a smooth recording process. After each live class, it's your duty to upload the recorded sessions to our video hosting platform, Dyntube, and our learning management system, Moodle. This ensures that students have access to valuable class content for review.Your also involves addressing student concerns related to the online review program. Additionally, you will guide students on how to navigate the review platform effectively. This includes conducting comprehensive Moodle walkthroughs and providing hands-on assistance to students who may encounter difficulties while using the platform.Efficiently process student registrations and ensure that enrolled students receive their Moodle Account Login Details for them to have access in the review materials and resources.Keep students informed by regularly posting the schedule for upcoming NCLEX exams. This information is essential for students as they plan and prepare for their exams.Share the achievements of our students by posting the names of those who have successfully passed their NCLEX and Middle East exams in our dedicated Facebook groups.Actively engage with students in our Facebook groups by responding to comments and fostering a sense of community among members. Your participation helps create a supportive and interactive learning environment.Contribute to the creation of motivational graphics that inspire and encourage our students in their exam preparations.Your immediate superior may assign other tasks directly related to business operations. Your adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities will contribute to the overall success of our team and organization.Skills and Competencies:Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, and/or other equivalent.Background in customer service is a plus.Good verbal and written communication skills.Knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Zoom Webinars.Willing to work on site.Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
